Overview
As a small, mission-driven business, our products at Witty Voices United are made-to-order through our third-party print provider. This means each item is uniquely created just for you when you place your order. Due to this custom approach, we unfortunately can't accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or if you simply change your mind.
Damages & Issues
We always want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we’ll gladly make things right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@wittyvoicesunited.com with a clear photo showing the issue. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we'll provide instructions on where to send the item for inspection and further processing. After inspecting and confirming the issue, we'll offer a free reprint or refund.
Exceptions & Non-returnable Items
Because every product is individually printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We also can't accept returns on gift cards or any items marked final sale.

Refunds
Once we've reviewed and approved your refund request for a defective or incorrect item, we’ll notify you and promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at hello@wittyvoicesunited.com.
